We will be performing maintenance on the bioC system during this period. As part of this update, we are adjusting the product categorization: the previous breakdown into categories such as plant, animal, processing, feed, or wine will be discontinued.Following the TRACES certificate format, the classification will then only distinguish between: 'Products, organic' and 'Products, in conversion'.

Search Information

Precise Search: To narrow down the results and get more relevant matches, enter a typical part of the company name along with the full postcode.

Correct Order: Make sure to enter the company name in the correct order. It's better to search for a distinctive part of the name rather than the full name.

Company ID: Due to the TRACES update, not all German company data is now linked to the specific German EU control number, making it less likely to be found using this number.

 

EXAMPLE

Company: Example Organic Cidery, Owner Emily Parker, GL5 8QP Thornwick Haven

Recommended Search: Example Organic Cidery + postcode: GL5 8QP  or use exact search with the name in quotation marks: „Example Organic Cidery“.

Not Recommended: Parker Emily (wrong order), Cidery + postcode: GL5 (incomplete postcode).
Better: "Parker" + postcode: GL5 8QP or "Emily Parker" + postcode: GL5 8QP.
